Data Collected. Via the contact form: identity, contact details, company, and message content. Via the virtual wine advisor ELIO: email address and optional first name provided before the conversation, as well as the anonymized content of the exchanges, which is not linked to your identity. Via audience measurement: anonymized browsing data, only after your consent through the cookie banner.

Purposes and Legal Basis. Responding to your requests and demo proposals, based on your consent and pre-contractual measures. Contacting you for business purposes when you provide your contact details, based on your consent. Improving the website and the quality of ELIO's responses, based on our legitimate interest, using anonymized data. Measuring website audience, based on your consent.

Recipients. Data is processed by the ETINSY team and its technical service providers for hosting, forms, audience measurement, and real-time video broadcasting, under contracts compliant with the GDPR. Some providers may be located outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No data is sold.

Retention Periods. Contact requests and business contact details: 3 years after the last exchange. Audience measurement data: 14 months. Anonymized exchanges with ELIO: they do not allow you to be identified.

Cookies. The website uses strictly functional local storage, exempt from consent, and Google Analytics audience measurement cookies, placed only if you click Accept on the banner. You can refuse with no impact on browsing.
