Data Collected. Via the contact form: identity, contact details, company, and message content. Via the ELIO virtual advisor: email address and optional first name provided before the conversation, as well as the content of the exchanges, retained as pseudonymized transcripts, not directly linked to your identity. Via audience measurement: anonymized browsing data, only after your consent via the cookie banner.

Purposes and Legal Basis. To respond to your inquiries and demonstration requests, based on your consent and pre-contractual measures. To contact you for commercial purposes when you leave your contact details, based on your consent. To improve the website and the quality of ELIO’s responses, based on our legitimate interest, using pseudonymized transcripts and aggregated statistics. To measure website audience, based on your consent.

Recipients. The data is processed by the ETINSY team and its technical service providers for hosting, forms (notably Formspree Inc., United States), audience measurement, and real-time video streaming (notably LiveAvatar, HeyGen Inc., United States), under contracts complying with GDPR. Some providers may be located outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No data is sold.

Retention Periods. Contact requests and business contact details: 3 years after the last interaction. Audience measurement data: 14 months. Transcripts of interactions with ELIO: 12 months from the session, followed by deletion or irreversible statistical aggregation.

Cookies. The website uses strictly functional local storage, exempt from consent, and Google Analytics audience measurement cookies, which are only set if you click "Accept" on the banner. You can decline with no impact on navigation.

ELIO Voice Assistant. Our website features a voice assistant, ELIO, accessible via the "Speak to me" button. The conversation only starts upon the visitor's voluntary action. Once a session is launched, the visitor's voice is captured by their device's microphone, following authorization granted in the browser, and transmitted to our service provider LiveAvatar (HeyGen Inc., United States) to enable real-time interaction with the avatar. Each session is limited to three minutes. Conversations may be retained as transcripts and reviewed by ETINSY for service improvement and usage statistics. These transfers outside the European Union are governed by appropriate safeguards, notably the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent, collected in the form prior to the conversation and confirmed by the microphone authorization. You can end the session at any time by closing the window.

ELIO Widget Contact Form. Before starting a conversation with ELIO, a form collects your email address (required) and first name (optional). This data is transmitted via our provider Formspree Inc. (United States) and received by ETINSY at contact@etinsy.com. Purpose: to contact you regarding our solutions and respond to your requests. Legal basis: your consent. Retention period: three years after our last interaction. Transfers outside the European Union related to this provider are governed by appropriate safeguards, notably standard contractual clauses. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, and erasure at any time by writing to contact@etinsy.com.

Your Rights. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Exercise them by writing to contact@etinsy.com. You can file a complaint with the CNIL, cnil.fr.
